Frankincense is the turning point. It diffuses the spice and light, creating a hazy, almost weightless layer that feels like heat rising off pavement. It blurs the sharpness and gives the composition movement.

Toasted sandalwood anchors the base. Warm and slightly sweet, it brings a creamy depth that balances the dryness of the resins.
